At House of Mahek, we are committed to delivering a seamless shopping experience, ensuring that your orders are processed efficiently and reach you in a timely manner. This policy outlines our shipping processes, timelines, and terms to provide complete transparency.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays.
Orders placed after 4:00 PM IST will be processed on the next business day.
During peak shopping seasons, sales events, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather disruptions or logistical challenges), order processing times may be extended.
Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your order status.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Timelines

Domestic Shipping (India)

We offer the following shipping options across India:

• Standard Shipping:
  • Cost: Free shipping across India.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 3-5 business days from the date of dispatch.
• Express Shipping:
  • Cost: ₹150 flat fee per order.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 1-2 business days from the date of dispatch.

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location, weather conditions, or courier delays.

International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
However, we are working towards expanding our shipping capabilities. Stay tuned for updates!

3. Order Tracking & Delivery Updates

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor the delivery status.
You can track your shipment directly through our courier partner’s website.
If you do not receive a tracking update within 48 hours of shipment, please contact us at official.khumani@gmail.com.

4. Address Accuracy & Changes

Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at official.khumani@gmail.com or call +91 9499159329.
Address changes may delay shipping, and once an order has been dispatched, we cannot modify the address.

5. Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Shipments

We understand how important it is for you to receive your order on time and in perfect condition. In case of any shipping issues:

• If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking details or contact us for further assistance.
• If your package is lost, reach out to us immediately at official.khumani@gmail.com with your order details. We will coordinate with our shipping partner to resolve the issue.
• If your order arrives damaged, please email us with:
  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged package and product
  • A brief description of the issue

Important: Claims for lost or damaged items must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery for us to assist effectively.

6. Customs, Duties, & Taxes (For International Orders in the Future)

Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
House of Mahek is not responsible for delays due to customs clearance processes.
If a package is refused by customs due to unpaid duties or taxes, we will not issue a refund.

7. Undeliverable & Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to:

• Incorrect or incomplete address
• Failure to accept delivery
• Non-payment of customs fees (for international orders in the future)

We will attempt to contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
If we do not receive a response within 7 days, the order will be canceled, and a partial refund (excluding shipping fees) may be issued.

8. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Certain items (e.g., products containing alcohol, such as diffusers) may be subject to shipping restrictions based on local regulations.
